It’s that time of the year again where everyone is creating their New Year’s Resolution 🙂
This is one of my favorite time of the year as we get more time off from work (most of us at least) and we can set up new goals to work on next year.
It’s very important to review the year prior on your wins and losses. A lot of people do not evaluate their pass so they keep making the same mistakes
So to create an Effective New Years Resolution: First we must evaluate all the things we’ve done in the past year. Write it down and see where the things we can improve at.
Also, creating a plan that actually work so that you can finally hit your goal.
When it comes to fitness or weight loss, here are the best approach:
- Set your MIND to success – Weight loss starts in your mind and the more you can visualize the healthy/body you want to achieve, the easier it will be as you go through the process.
- Measure, measure, measure – You need to measure where you are at the moment and consistently do this weekly (weigh in, girth measurement, bodyfat)
- Be accountable – Find someone who will keep you accountable throughout the process. Also, finding a professional coach/trainer will help you Succeed.
- Meal prep weekly (weight loss starts in the kitchen)
