Never would I have thought in a million years (or maybe just 54) that I would be spending more than 2 hours in a kitchen, baking for my neighbors, friends and community. The kitchen was the last room I would look at when visiting a house, and now it’s become my top priority! I can’t really say that Covid is the one to thank but at least it keeps me busy!
It all started when a friend sent me a super easy baguette recipe. I baked a few for my family and close friends, they all loved them, and now, 4 months have passed and I’m still baking them almost every day! I like delivering in the neighborhood, it leaves a very nice smell in my car and I don’t have to use anymore all those air fresheners! I have noticed that my customers like the idea of warm bread delivered to their doorsteps and in return, it’s always nice to meet new faces. Actually, I’ve made a couple of new friends!
You can find me on my Facebook group: Together Mira Mesa, where I post regular updates about my products. Who knows? Maybe one day I’ll be knocking at your door with some warm freshly baked baguettes, brioches and other yummy goodies from my ‘Little Bakery’!
